Sales Representative

Remote (US-Based)Full-TimeCompetitive Base + Commission

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the K-12 education sector and small to mid-size catering companies. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint across school districts and food service operators, helping them modernize their lunch programs with SchoolBitez.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business relationships with K-12 school districts, private schools, and catering operators
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth customer transitions
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as needed
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or food service technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience selling to K-12 school districts, educational institutions, or small business operators
  • Strong understanding of the school nutrition, food service, or catering industry is a significant plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
